2nd Year At New Location!

Lake Burton is continuing our annual LBCA Art Show sponsored by the Lake Burton Civic Association and we want you to join us! This is our second year at our new, more visible location on Hwy 197 near LaPrade’s on Wildcat Creek.

Our one-day show is to be held on August 12, 2006, from 9:30 AM until 4:00 PM at Wildcat Fire Station and the adjoining property. We will provide the large tent/tents, as before and you are welcome to bring your own tent and display if you choose. We’re looking forward to a fun, profitable day for all the artists.

Here are the particulars…

 • This event takes place on the day of our LBCA Annual Lunch Meeting. The exhibit is open to members before the meeting and to the public for the rest of the day. (Of course, no one will be turned away at any time!) Our new location on Hwy 197 N is very visible to the highway traffic and accessible to Lakes Burton, Rabun, Seed, and neighboring communities from Clayton to Clarkesville, Sautee and Cleveland.

 • We will provide the large white tent, 4’X 8’ horizontal white display boards, lighting, fans, bottled water and rest rooms. Parking is close to the exhibit area. Please bring your lunch or any snacks you choose. We can offer you a reserved lunch plate for $12.00. If you would like this, please indicate on the form and enclose with your check.

 • To help cover our costs there is a $40.00 fee from the exhibitors, however, you keep all the sales proceeds and are responsible for the sales tax.

 • If you choose to bring your own tent or stand-up display, that can be accommodated. We love the festive air of the individual exhibits surrounding the large tent. Just let us know ahead of time.

 • It is very important to the success of this event that all exhibits remain up until the closing time.
