Michael Maffett shared this photo of his parents, Betty & Phil Maffett, enjoying Lake Burton in 1948.  Phil purchased 1/2 of "The Cabin" in the mid 1950's . . . complete with outhouse! Says Michael:  "Lake Burton in those days and in my later youth were a bit like Tom Sawyer. Fond memories."
